What the app does

The app displays the harmonised EU notice on the legal guarantee of conformity, required since 27 September 2026 under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960, on your storefront.

What data the app accesses

The app requests a single permission, read_themes. It reads your published theme's product template to tell you whether the label block is placed. It does not read, request or receive customer data, order data, product data or payment data.

What data the app stores

Only the Shopify session that keeps you logged in: your shop domain and the access token Shopify issues. It is stored on the app's server and deleted when you uninstall the app.

Nothing else is stored. There is no analytics, no tracking, no profiling and no transfer of data to third parties.

What happens on your storefront

The label is a static image delivered by Shopify's own CDN. Your storefront makes no request to our servers, runs no JavaScript from us and receives no cookies from us. We therefore never see your visitors.

GDPR requests

The app answers Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks - customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact. Because no customer or shop data is held beyond the session described above, there is nothing to hand over and nothing to erase.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure and portability of your data, and you may object to its processing. Write to abdellatif@landolsi.de. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Was die App tut

Die App zeigt in Ihrem Shop das harmonisierte EU-Hinweisblatt zur gesetzlichen Gewährleistung an, das seit dem 27. September 2026 nach der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2025/1960 verpflichtend ist.

Auf welche Daten die App zugreift

Die App fordert eine einzige Berechtigung an: read_themes. Damit liest sie das Produkt-Template Ihres veröffentlichten Themes, um Ihnen zu melden, ob der Label-Block platziert ist. Sie liest, verlangt und erhält keine Kunden-, Bestell-, Produkt- oder Zahlungsdaten.

Welche Daten die App speichert

Ausschließlich die Shopify-Sitzung, die Sie angemeldet hält: Ihre Shop-Domain und das von Shopify ausgestellte Zugriffstoken. Sie liegt auf dem Server der App und wird bei der Deinstallation gelöscht.

Darüber hinaus wird nichts gespeichert. Es gibt keine Analyse, kein Tracking, keine Profilbildung und keine Weitergabe an Dritte.

Was in Ihrem Shop passiert

Das Label ist ein statisches Bild, das über Shopifys eigenes CDN ausgeliefert wird. Ihr Storefront stellt keine Anfrage an unsere Server, führt kein JavaScript von uns aus und erhält keine Cookies von uns. Wir sehen Ihre Besucher daher zu keinem Zeitpunkt.

DSGVO-Anfragen

Die App beantwortet Shopifys verpflichtende Compliance-Webhooks - customers/data_request, customers/redact und shop/redact. Da über die oben beschriebene Sitzung hinaus keine Kunden- oder Shopdaten vorgehalten werden, gibt es nichts herauszugeben und nichts zu löschen.

Ihre Rechte

Nach der DSGVO können Sie Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Übertragung Ihrer Daten verlangen und der Verarbeitung widersprechen. Wenden Sie sich an abdellatif@landolsi.de. Sie können sich außerdem bei Ihrer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren.
